Investigation of regional and a brain haemodynamics has shown that occlusion of trunk brachiocephalicus and I – segment artery subclavia essential decrease a brain blood-groove for the account “steal syndrome” on vertebral and to sleepy arteries.
Choice of a method of operation depended on localization, quantities and extents of defeat of vessels. Shunting operative interventions were applied: intrathoracies (18) and extrathoracies (82). At defeats of left sleepy and subclavia arteries used link sided lateral thoracial access. At occlusion of distal portions of artery subclavia a choice method was roundabout autovenouse shunting.
Optimization of surgical tactics has allowed to reach good results in the nearest postoperative period at 93,1 %, in kept away – at 93,5 % of patients. -

Acute leukemia, as a rare disease, is only 3% of human malignancies. The aim of treatment of acute leukemia is eradication of leukemic clone restore normal blood, achieveming long-term disease free survival of patients. This is achieved through the use of myelotoxical anticancer drugs that cause deep aplasia haemopoesis. In the present
paper summarises the results of the antitumor antibiotic antratcycline stimulants doxorubicin, with a joint appointment cardioprotector meldony. Under the supervision were 147 patients with acute leukemia. Among the observed patients 85 people received chemotherapy initially, 62 people – previously been subjected to chemotherapy effects. For the induction of remission patients of the 1st group was appointed polychemotherapy by the scheme “7+3”. Patients in group 2 received similar polychemotherapy together with cardioprotector Mildronate. During the treatment of patients of group 1 in 32% of cases were observed sinus tachycardia, atrial and ventricular arrhythmia, changes in segment ST, 7% of cases developed a complete atrioventricular block that shows the development of early cardiac toxicity of doxorubicin. In 19,04% of cases in patients of group 2 were observed ventricular tachycardia, and changes in segment ST. -

THE DEPARTMENT OF THERAPEUTIC STOMATOLOGY TIPGPMP
To determine the frequency of various types of fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, conducted clinical and epidemiological study of orthopedic status in 264 patients, including men and women, respectively, 62,10% and 37,9%. All examined patients previously received orthopedic treatment and had dentures in the oral cavity. Age range, the largest group comprised patients older than 60 and 50-59 years (according to 34,5% and 27,2%). IN patients with partial absence of teeth investigated 1167 fixed prosthesis in need of re-manufacture, among which 66.1% was forged-soldered lined or without it, 29,8% – solid lined or without it, 3,2% – plastic and 0,9% -ceramic. Among fixed prosthesis oral prevail forged-pressure welded prostheses, the number of which was two times more than one, and twenty times more, than plastic and ceramic. Service life of 5 to 7 years have 37,6% of one-piece prostheses, life for over 7 years – 36,25% one-constructions without facing. Dominated by the share of remade one-piece designs over forged-soldered in a pe¬riod of use up to 7 years. After a seven-year term of use of an increase in the share forged-soldered prostheses, compared with the solid. The most common causes of withdrawal of fixed prosthesis were aesthetic disorders and the need to manufacture additional dentures. -

Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most important medical and social problems. One of the serious consequences of cerebrovascular disease, is a disorder of cognitive functions. Cognitive disorders (CD), along with other neuro¬logical disorders are important manifestations of organic brain pathology. Vascular CD in its development through several stages, and the most severe form of cognitive disorders, vascular dementia is (VD). At the CD is dominated neuropsychological symptoms of frontal dysfunction than memory impairment, as well as the presence of neurological symptoms in the early stages of the disease. The main factors of the development of the CD are: arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis, heart disease, diabetes, etc. These factors contribute to the development of lacunar infarcts and leukoaraiosis that precede as moderate CD, well as dementia.
In patients with diabetes are found in 87% of cases of depressive disorders. Joining depression to vascular lesions of the brain, leading to a deepening of the CD. The link between depression and vascular disease is determined by hemo¬ dynamic factors, which manifests itself in an increase in blood pressure and a decrease in cardiac output in response to the different emotions of the subjects. Also in depressive disorders marked hypercoagulable syndrome. Neuroimaging techniques reveal functional changes in the brain, depression as a reduction in blood flow and glucose metabolism, mainly in the areas responsible for cognitive functions. -
